Academic Calendar

1st year of the Course

• I.) All the Gazetted holidays of H.P. Govt. are holidays.
• II.) Second Saturday of every month is a holidays.
• III.) Local Holidays as applicable.
• IV.) One week vacation during Diwali Festival.
• V.) 1st Internal exam. In the month of February, 2021 (Syllabus of 2 semester).
• VI.) One week vacation in March/April, 2021.
• VII.) 2 Internal exams. In the month of August, 2021 (Syllabus of 2 semester).
• VIII.) 15-days final examination preparatory leave before the final exams in the month of September, 2021.
• IX.) 10-days casual leave in a calendar year on urgent need.

2nd year of the Course (Practical)

• I.) All holidays as permissible & admissible in the 1 year.
• II.) 1st internal examinations in the month of February/March, 2022 (Syllabus of 3rd Semester).
• III.) Visit to veterinary Hospital, farms & other labs clinical work learning & practice (March, 2022 to August, 2022).
• IV.) 2 nd Internal exam. In the month of August/September, 2022 (Syllabus of 4 th Semester).
• V.) Final Examination in the month of September, 2022.
